Thank you for using CCD Factory’s service. CCD Factory virtual shopping platform is built by “TWO WHEEL TECH Corporation”(hereinafter referred to as we). To protect your rights and ensure the contract, users who apply for the service of CCD Factory shall read the below terms.
Customer service and obligation
CCD Factory is the platform in which CCD Factory Suspension Co.,Ltd and TWO WHEEL TECH Corporation share logistics, payment flow and information.
CCD’s factory’s main service includes: online platform merchandise selling and delivery and multiple payment method.
Online shopping service is not available in some countries. Countries on the list: Taiwan. For details, please contact our staff.
On our products page we show selectable quantity of each product and we only ship based on that quantity.
Shipping cost will be quoted by CCD.
We notify customers, included but not limited to, trial use of products, lottery, satisfaction survey or any other incoming member service.
We reserve the right to add ,modify, or terminate the service.
You agree that by singing up the site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental Terms of Service or documents that may be posted on the site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason.
The site is intended for users who are at least 20 years old. Persons under the age of 20 are not permitted to register for the site. All users who are under the age of 20 must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Service prior to you using the Site.

WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE OR DELETE [YOUR ACCOUNT AND] ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.
In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Users account, password and safety
The users account number is cell phone number. Users shall fill in personal information correctly. If we find any incorrect information for sign-up, we will suspend or terminate the user account. Do not inform others your password or share your account. The user shall be responsible for his transactions & behaviors on the site.
If you find or suspect there’re other ones using your account and password, please notify us immediately. We will suspend the account and its transactions made. Customers are not exempted from the obligation before his notification.
Transactions
The names, price, contents, specification, models and any other information on the site are part of the contract between customers and CCD Factory.
You agree to order by the item quantity and price on the site. Customers can cancel their orders with the right reason within three days. For orders that already paid, it’s regarded as established contract.
CCD Factory virtual shopping platform for non-Taiwanese users only, so the shipping will not be applicable to Taiwan Consumer Protection Law 19-1,2,3.
Once the contract is established and you receive the goods, return the goods and refunds will be not allowed.
If you order via CCD factory, the transaction and contract only exist between you and sellers. The seller shall fully communicate with you about the content, quality, delivery and warranty. Any dispute resulted from the transaction shall be solved between you and seller. CCD Factory provides the platform for transactions between you and seller and is not involved in the transactions and is not obliged to your transactions and behaviors.

Customer Privacy Policy
When you sign in for our service and provide your personal information, we protect and use your information by Customer Privacy Policy.
Data effectiveness
When you use our service, the data generated is based on our information database. In the event of any dispute, our recorded data prevail, but not limited to other data that can be proved real.
You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the site or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the site. The site itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to CCD Factory. You must not republish, sell, rent or sub-license, reproduce, duplicate or copy any material from the site, redistribute content from CCD Factory (unless content is specifically made for redistribution), obtain intellectual property rights, or attempt to obtain, any title to any such intellectual property rights, or commercially exploit or disseminate any such.
Suspension of service
We may partly or wholly suspend our service due to the reasons below.
Hardware maintenance, moving, change or upgrade that has notified customers
Users violate laws or our terms
Disasters or force majeure that can not be attributed to us
Things that can not be controlled that lead to incorrect information, or forging, deleting, retrieving that stop the system
When part or the whole of clause is ineffective, it does not affect our clause.
If there’s any doubt in our terms, we explain in favor of customers.
These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan.
